​We have actually taken the time to ask our customers a few questions after we have provided our services to them. You know, after all of the scary parts are over and they are safe back at home. We ask them what they thought they were looking for in a towing service when they first called. Most of the people that called while they were going through an emergency situation said, they just wanted someone who they knew could be there. While the people that were calling for a pre-programmed service were more interested in making sure that they knew who we were and what we would offer. That was really eye-opening for us because we actually see this happen a lot. People will end up calling any company that claims to be a top of the line towing company in an emergency, but most of the times they are doing so blindly.
 
We know that this was probably something that happened to a lot of people that we provided our services to!
